1. Eligibility for Refund:

• We offer refunds for products purchased directly from Optical Hub within 07 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a refund, the Optical Hub must be in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and tags.

2. Non- Refundable:

•  Prescription Glasses are non-refundable 

3. Credit card Refund Method: 

• "If you pay us through an online transaction, we will refund you with a 5% deduction.

• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
• We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

5. Inspection and Approval:

• Once we receive the returned OpticalHub, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
• Refunds will be processed within [10] business days after approval.

7. Exclusions:

• Customised or personalised Optical Hub are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Refunds will not be provided for products purchased through third-party retailers. Please contact the respective retailer for their refund policy.

Note: The refund amount will be provided after deducting the Rs.250 shipping charges.
